In modern times, most people live in a chronic lack of time. Which can mean that our life organization is bad. Of course, not everything depends on us, because the obligations we have taken on, very often do not have their own dynamics and rhythm, so (whether we like it or not), they take away the whole day. In the evening, with the TV on, we go to sleep and thus welcome the new morning. Of course, this (dis) organization of life is accompanied by the same diet. Irregular, monotonous and fast. All this is reflected in the condition of the organism and the appearance of the body. And then each of us once decides to stop it and makes the decision to start training tomorrow (usually Monday) and join live fitness class. The first training is done with enthusiasm and almost as a rule with a load greater than what we are capable of at that moment. The second and third day are always the most difficult and a large number of participants in independent training, pressed by stronger muscle inflammation, lack of will and excuses that are always in abundance, give up training in a shorter or slightly longer period of time and return to the old way of life. What you don't need to do to begin with 1. Purchase of new marked and expensive equipment (tracksuit, sneakers, T-shirts, water bottle, etc.) In the end, it all ends up as a wardrobe for a walk around the city 2. Procurement of new exercise equipment through TV shows, type "call now" (exercise machines, exercise bikes, steppers) These expensive devices become hanging clothes and take up space in the apartment unnecessarily 3. Setting pretentious goals This leads to either severe and painful inflammation or injury to ligaments, muscles, joints, with permanent abandonment of the idea of training How would I start I would start with walks. Spring, summer and early autumn are ideal periods for that. The day starts early, with lots of sun and light. Dress lightly, but still bring some thinner upper part, because the mornings can be fresh. When I say walk, I mean consciously going to the track at the stadium, in the park, by the river… Walking to the market and the store, walking around the city, is walking, but it is not training. We do the training physically but also mentally. We consciously walk, breathe and think about it! On the other hand, walking on grass, ground or a tartan track (athletic track in stadiums) is much more pleasant and healthier than walking and walking on concrete. The concrete is hard, does not bend under the foot and this is transmitted to the ligaments, joints and muscles. Hence the greater fatigue after walking on concrete, compared to walking on grass. When the weather gets significantly warmer, we will walk barefoot. It is also a sole massage. Warming up is not necessary for an easy walk, but we can do that as well. Warming up, warming of tissues and muscles. Find us available on Google and Yelp.
